Unds Q: Help help: trong cái mô hình cạnh tranh 5 áp lực gì đó, cạnh tranh nội bộ ngành dịch như nào ạ? Em xem cái mô hình đó rồi mà không áp vào đc :-(

Unds : bài của em liệt kê ra: đối thủ cạnh tranh (cạnh tranh nội bộ ngành), khách hàng, nhà cung cấp, đối thủ tiềm ẩn, 3 cái sau thì áp vào đc, nhưng cái đầu tiên có vẻ ứ phải là một yếu tố trong cái mô hình đó
