Whackamolee : Thường thường, Agreement/Contract là định dạng Terms & Conditions cho dự án. SOW và văn bản khác có chấp thuận (vì nhu cầu phát sinh) xác định việc cần làm, ở đây, mix và match "điều khoản", nên bản dịch tiếng Anh bị mix và match theo.
